Tuesdays Together
Tuesdays Together begins the Fall 2010 season on Tuesday, September 7 (9:30 - 11:30 a.m.) with a brunch for all women. Bring a friend and join the in the fun and good food. On the next Tuesday (September 14) the Beth Moore study, "Beloved Disciple: The Life and Ministry of John.", will resume. Plan to be a part of this inspiring study. Come Thirsty
You will want to be part of this opportunity on September 10, when women come together for a light dinner and praise worship led by our Women's Worship Team. Our speakers share personal stories of faith and growth. Be sure to invite a friend. Write "Come Thirsty" in the first Friday slot of each month (with the exception of December) and plan to be part of these exciting evenings.

Homestretch Is Back!

In honor of Margaret Olson, the Monday Morning Bible Study Group has decided to return to the name this group of women had for over 20 years. The Homestretch women (55+) begin the fall season Monday, September 13 with a salad luncheon and a presentation by Harbor Covenant High School Intern, Heather Maher. You'll want to be there at 9:30 to hear Heather. Participants are asked to bring a condiment to add to the salad. Precepts Bible Study

Beginning September 14, women will gather each Tuesday morning 9:15 a.m. – Noon in Room 101. This year the subject of their study is Revelation Part III: What is the sign of his coming and of the end of the age? Christmas Brunch
You won't want to miss the HCC Annual Women's Christmas Brunch – Saturday, December 4. In addition to beautifully decorated tables, the morning includes music, delicious food, and entertainment by the Taproot Theater. Watch for more information in the coming weeks.

Growing In The Word

Because dealing with everyday life effectively requires delving into God's word, we offer opportunities to determine what God is saying to us regarding our roles in the workplace, the community and at home.

Homestretch Women

Each Monday morning, women gather for study and prayer, as they deepen their walk with the Lord. Meeting time: 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. On the first Monday of each month they hear a special speaker and have a salad lunch.

Small Group Opportunities

If you are more comfortable in a small group or want to develop the close relationships that occur in that type of setting, the following

opportunities are for you.

Craft Group

Bring your project and join the fun and camaraderie to be found with others who share your passion for creativity. This group meets every first and third Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. . Contact Julie Day at julidag@centurytel.net for more information.

Second Saturday Sisters

Every second Saturday of the month, single women gather for potluck dinner and canasta (no experience necessary). Please join us for an evening of fun, sharing and great food. Contact Carol Cook.

Mom's Morning Out

Mothers of preschoolers get an opportunity to have a "morning out" while their children receive loving care.
