August 30 is our “Compassion Sunday”. Instead of morning worship we will go outside our walls into the community and serve our neighbors from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Just a couple of projects include hosting a pancake breakfast for our Lakewood kids, yard work at McCormick Forest Park, and knitting hats for SOAR. There will be projects for all ages and abilities. We will then gather at 5:00 p.m. to worship together, sharing stories about our experiences and having a barbecue. T-shirts are available for $10 in the church office.

We have tons of projects lined up!  Read up on a few and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and sign up by filling in the information on the Sign Up Form.  Be sure to scroll all the way down to the end of the form and click on "Submit" to complete your sign-up.
