We're
called to grow in the knowledge of God, living a life worthy of the Lord so that we please him in every way.
(Col. 1:10) There's so much to growing – to being formed
– into followers of Christ that the old term "Sunday
School" just doesn't fit the bill. Besides that, it
doesn't happen only on Sunday mornings!
We do offer
Sunday opportunities for adults to pursue that growth in
the knowledge of God, and other opportunities to learn,
grow, share, and pray together as well.

First Steps
"Connections"
Ever
wonder “What is a Covenant Church?” “Who is on staff?”
“What ministries are there and who leads them?” These
and other questions create the meaningful discussions
you can find in this ongoing class. "Connections" offers
you a great introduction to Harbor Covenant Church and
to other people also taking some first steps.
When:
Sundays, September 14 - December 7
Where:
Conference Room, Ed. Building (on the first floor,
opposite room 101)
Host:

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Serving Together
40 Days of Living the
Jesus Creed
Serving Together
As author Scot
McKnight says, “The Jesus Creed…exhorts us to see that
the most important commandments in the entire Bible are
two: to love God and to love others. All the other
commandments and prohibitions – and there are 611 others
– derive from one of these two most important commands.”
This class will seek to intentionally and creatively
embrace and live the Jesus Creed with a combination of
personal devotions, class discussions and practical
service opportunities, with times of praying and
sharing. <return>
