In the Scriptures, Jesus states that he "did not come to be served, but to serve, and give his life as a ransom for many." We believe that one of the core essentials to someone serious about following Jesus is a concern about others and a willingness to serve them. Our goal is to equip you and encourage you to serve those around you: your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and community.

PRAY
Life for those who follow Jesus Christ is essentially a life of prayer. At Harbor Covenant Church, we strive to live beyond a common assumption that prayer is a special technique or formula, and into the truth that prayer is responding to God’s loving presence and action in the ordinary rhythms of life. Therefore we seek to provide a number of personal and group opportunities for developing and practicing your life of prayer.

CARE
One of the hallmarks of Jesus’ ministry was His tender care for people in need. We at Harbor Covenant Church seek to follow in His footsteps; loving others as He has loved us and being a compassionate presence to those who are experiencing all kinds of life needs and circumstances, both in our congregation and our community.
