Being Disciples, Making Disciples
Resources For You With Your Three's, Two's, And Ones (Mentoring Helps)
When it comes to being a mentor, we all feel insufficient. Having it all together is not a requirement; the desire to grow within yourself is.
Definitions for 3-2-1s:
3 – Intentionally invest in the lives of 3 people that you see regularly who do not yet know Jesus. This is outreach.
2 – Intentionally invest your life in 2 people who already know Jesus. Invite them to walk along with you as you follow Jesus. This is mentoring.
1 – Intentionally invite 1 person to speak truth into your life and to bring a broader perspective to you as you follow Jesus. This is accountability.

A lot of discipleship is "caught" just by hanging around people that are consistently living out their faith. We also need to be intentional with those that God brings into our lives. As you pour your life into your "2s", here are some great discussion questions to help you go deeper over a cup of coffee, or wherever you meet.
1. Where, or in what ways, have you seen God in your life this week?
2. In what area of your life would you like to see growth/progress?
3. How can I help, encourage, or hold you accountable?
