Facilities Expansion/Building Update 07-01-11

Dear HCC Friends,
On June 26 during the congregational meeting, it was decided by unanimous vote to proceed with construction of the gathering place, and sanctuary remodel. You will find information on the project, including architect’s drawings of the additions/remodeling, in the attached newsletter.
In order to meet our goals and incur no new long-term debt, we need to raise $600,000 in new pledges. If you have already made a pledge, we thank you and encourage you to consider increasing the amount pledged if you are able. If you have not made a commitment to the “Growing in Faith to Serve” Capital Campaign, please consider doing so for the two years remaining in the campaign.
If your financial situation will not allow you to contribute financially, please consider donations in the form of time and prayer.
A member of the campaign team will be contacting you soon, to provide information, answer questions and discuss your pledge commitment. It is important that we receive new pledges by mid-August.
