We hold that every day is the right day to worship Jesus, in whom we live and move and have our being. On Sundays, we gather together for worship as a community.

We're a mixed bag of brothers and sisters in Christ so of course different music resonates with each of us. We're very intentional about including a variety of musical styles in the hope that each person can be drawn into worship. Each week has a slightly different mix of hymns, choruses, and anthems, adding up to a diverse, rich stew of worship of the One Lord we all celebrate. Our worship leader, Scott MacGougan, shares leadership with the worship band and the adult choir.

What do I wear?

What do I wear?

Wear what you feel comfortable in - dress ranges from slacks to suits to jeans.

In the summer many of us get a little more casual as some men's knees are revealed by shorts, and women don capris and other summery wear. Still, some of us prefer to worship in suits and our "Sunday best". All variations work.

What about my children?

What about my children?

Children of all ages are welcome in worship! If your child (birth-3 yrs) becomes uncomfortable or needs a change of scenery, our nursery is a cheerful option! The nursery is across the hallway from the Sanctuary -- we have a room with a closed-circuit TV, so you can continue to follow the worship service as you tend to your child's needs, or you can leave your child with our caregivers knowing that they will be able to page you if there's a pressing need.

For children from 4 years through first grade, Storytime allows them to worship for a while with their parents and then go off to a special time just for them. Covenant Children's Choir, for 2nd through 5th graders, rehearses during part of the first service. Read more about Storytime and children's choir.

Hearing impaired?

We want every person to be able to participate fully, and hearing loss should be no reason to miss out on what's going on. We have hearing assistance devices, connected directly to our sound system, that you can pick up from an usher when you arrive at the Sanctuary.

Adult Christian Formation Groups

Adult Christian Formation Groups

9:45 a.m.

On Sunday mornings, we not only worship together but we also learn to be more like Jesus together. For some seasons all classes study the same topic, and other times different topics are offered. A regularly repeating six week class offers information to connect new folks to the Harbor Covenant body of believers.

Children and Youth Classes

Children and Youth Classes

9:45 a.m.

We meet kids at their level and in their world - giving them a safe and accepting place where they can see God as their friend. Our team of teachers concentrate on building friendships and teaching biblical truths that apply to the children's daily lives.
